[udig-devel] A few quick troubles

These would go in jira but confluence seems to be down...

- Grabbing the first JPL WMS layer appears garbled by default, zooming
in fixes the problem.
- Loading the shapefiles included with the distribution does not really
work... I know we tested against other data.
- The icons directory for all the wizard plugins was not included
