[udig-devel] Confluence / Jiara are down

I was able to get through to their irc channel 
(irc://irc.codehaus.org/#codehaus) earlier today and they
were having trouble restarting their postgres database used for 
confluence. And now jira seems to be broken as well, and their irc 
channel no longer connects ...

More information will follow as we try to figure out what has happened.
