I certainly want to warn them in advance. I'd even like to include them
in the process where possible.
I agree that the reviews were filled with goodness. PMC members should
feel free to review projects.

On a side note, I recall in the past that we were doing project
reviews and giving feedback to these fledgling projects. We stopped
this good practice and I wonder if we should bring it back.
