Re: [sumo-user] Modifying TLS cycle raises an error when opening modified network in sumo-gui

Hello again Jakob,
If I reduce the original network -sumonetwork.net.xml- excluding the problematic junction (the one which arised error when modifying the original network) and modify some phases from traffic lights signals at the large intersection on the central part of the network (the one which includes edge 679019848), no errors arise this time (sumonetwork_reduced_tlsmod.net.xml).
However, if when reducing the network, the problematic junction "cluster_1246744979_1395083865_30438446_41430295_4816012929_4816012930_4818455270_7672571397_7672571399" is included in the network, again an error arises when trying to load the modified network (sumonetwork_reduced2_tlsmod.net.xml)
.
Besides, it is remarkable to me that the problematic junction is quite far of the intersection in which I modify the cycles of traffic light signals.

Best regards,
Alejandro

Please try to reproduce your problem in a small network (see https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Netedit/neteditUsageExamples.html#reducing_the_extent_of_the_network)
Then provide this network along with the exact steps to reproduce the issue (a saved network that cannot be loaded by sumo).

Thanks,
Jakob

Hello everyone,

When I modify with netedit the TLS cycle of a cluster of traffic light signals in a crossroad, and after saving the changes in a new sumonetwork file, I have the following error when I try to open the new network in sumo-gui:
Error: Invalid linkIndex '23' in connection controlled by 'cluster_1246744979_1395083865_30438446_41430295_4816012929_4816012930_4818455270_7672571397_7672571399

I don't really understand this error becuase, as far as I am concerned, I haven't modified any links, just added some states of the TLS cycle. The joined TLS cluster is quite large as you can see in this image below:

I can send you both unmodified and modified sumonetwork files if you need them, but they are too large to send them by email.

Best regards,
Alejandro.
