[sumo-user] Changing default parameters

Dear SUMO community,

We would very much appreciate information on how to change default parameters (speedThreshold in particular). I would expect that there is a very simple way to do this. If it is documented, a reference to the location would suffice. We are using TraCI, so if it can be changed from within TraCI then even better.
