This sounds like a lot. What is the absolute value of the total travel time?

Well not more accurate just more frequent. But yes probably most car
following models also give a more accurate picture of the vehicle
movements when run with a smaller step length.

The "extra" version of sumo can also export h264 videos directly. Just
enter a filename with suffix .h264 when saving a screenshot. This is
still an experimental feature so your feedback is very welcome.
You can also run with a bigger delay value and still use vlc and speed
it up afterwards.
