Hi Lukas,
currently this is not possible. Furthermore I would consider it a bug
(or at least unexpected) that sumo writes a different edge list when it
is called with "--vehroute-output.exit-times". I opened a ticket here:
https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/issues/6956
