Yes, it did help. I am now able to create trips.xml file. Can you help me in creating a rou.xml file? I just want some hint for that.
I am working with SUMO with OMNET and simuLTE, so I am using the older version as mentioned in the guideline to avoid compatibility issues.

Hello all,
I am new to SUMO. I am using SUMO v0.30.0 in ubuntu 16.04.
I have generated a .net.xml file using netgenerate, now I don't understand how to add cars in the network. How to specify the route and the number of cars in the network. Can anyone give an idea of how to proceed further? -- With Regards, Eshita Rastogi
