Hi,
it seems no one here is using Synchro or has experience in converting.
If you can send a small example file which is in a somehow readable
format (so some text like format like XML) it should be not too hard to
at least extract the geometries of the network and transfer this to the
SUMO format (especially if you know the network and can double check
with OpenStreetMap). Everything more advanced (like traffic lights and
demand) might be considerably harder.
