[sumo-user] Neural Networks + Traffic Lights

Hello everyone.

I'm starting my graduation thesis, and I'd like to know a bit more about
using neural networks in controlling traffic lights, using SUMO to evaluate
and compare results. I found some articles about it, but I would like
something with a very simple language, that could tell me what could be the
inputs and outputs in the neural networks. Anyone have any nominations?
