Hi Igor,

The org.eclipse.ptp.rm.remote plugin is no longer used. It's now been merged with org.eclipse.ptp.rm.core/ui. Please remove it from your workspace.

I believe these are the result of the recent API changes to
IRemoteFileManager. The patch below fixes the build for me. Is the fix
