[ptp-dev] Offline Installation problems of PTP2.1.0

Hi Greg,
These days, I also try to test the remote function of PTP offline. And I
followd the installation steps in
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/release_notes/2.1. But in the section "3.4
Install Remote System Explorer (RSE) ",I cannot find where I can download a
proper version RSE , because I am not inline to make the installation.Of
course, in the section "3.6 Install Remote Development Tools (RDT) " , I
also cannot find the download site of the proper version's RDT.
We know that the installation of PTP2.1 based eclipse 3.4 has changed.
Nearly all the installaion should use "software update". So the RSE and RDT
must be wraped in a *.zip format?
By the way, I try to rebuild PTP2.1 project also under the state of
offline.
I am looking forward to your help.
