The fortran AST is part of Photran, which is a CDT plugin, but you
have to plugin to Photran instead of CDT is you want the Fortran AST.
The Fortran AST is a fair bit different than the C AST.  You'll want
to get the source to Photran and look at it.  There is documentation
that comes with the source.
