Re: [ptp-dev] Opening remote projects very slow
|
I have been able to create remote projects. The only problem I have is
that it seems that a remote project sometimes takes a couple minutes once
I click the finish button. The only remote projects I've created are
remote c++ makefile projects (where you have to write a makefile rather
than using the managed build facilities in CDT. I was told that at this
point in PTP 2.1, the only supported remote C/C++ projecta rea remote
makefile projects.

Hi, Dave
So you can creat projects remotly? I am also a user of PTP, while I
got entangled in using it to connect to a remote server. I can use it
locally. However I followed the user manual in PTP, the project
creation always results in crash of PTP. So can you share you
experience of remote project creation? Is there anything different?
