I definitely recommend using JBossIDE, provided by the JBoss developers themselves. You can download it from http://sourceforge.net/projects/jboss (select the JBossIDE entry from the list). Recommends Eclipse 2.1 and provides both a JBoss and a JBoss-Remote entry within the run configuration panel. I'm using it very successfully and am able to debug EJB's, servlets, JSP tags, everything. It's great!
