Hi, Peter,

Now that you have set your git command line environment to treat line endings the same way as the .gitattributes file, you should have no further trouble.  It is only where the global configuration disagrees with the repository config that it matters (such as on Mac where the global config is autocrlf=input). 

Or, at least, so I think.
