Hi Boris, all
I am not familiar with these tools but always willing to learn.  The first link took me what looked like a page to join a meeting, and when I hit join I got a message that the meeting had not started.
Is this the link you meant?  It is not what I expected from your description but again, not familiar with the tools or perhaps even the terminology 😉.
Thanks
Ben

Hiho good people,

As for the agenda (and minutes), maybe we can use the usual collaborative pads? I've created a new pad at [1] in case, with some proposed items.

Please add any content that you would like to see addressed during the meeting. :-)

Like for our last meeting, I will copy the content to the project's wiki [2] and set the pad read-only after the meeting.
