Hi Team,

May I ask for advice, please? IANAL and have problem with
https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/openmq/pull/608

https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-2.0/faq.php doesn't cover a case for
multiple (c) owners but only multiple authors.

After the donation of OpenMQ to EF I would assume the EF is now the owner.
So I'm not sure if the change I proposed (Oracle AND EF listed) -
which would be visible in GUI - is the way to go.

Should the emo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx be contacted for assistance?
