[openmq-dev] Travis vs. Jenkins

Just curious -- do we have any guidelines about when to use the 
Jenkins/OpenShift CI system vs. when to use other tools like Travis?

I think that we can use the included Jenkins CI systems that are 
included by Eclipse to accomplish precommit validation and many features 
that can be useful to the project yet won't necessarily be subject to 
similar restrictions as, say Travis (as I understand it, Travis treats 
all jobs within a GitHub organization as a single work-list which, for 
the eclipse-ee4j organization, could become quite a long list).

Just curious if there is/are any guidelines for EE4J or, Eclipse 
projects in general.
