[openmq-dev] github and stale branches

Hi Team,

I propose and offer to do if not rejected (listed in reversed order):

- delete stale branches 6.x, 5.x - they follow tagged versions for
releases, but I think there is no need to keep branches (with the
exception of the latest M3 for now)

- prepare dummy PRs _not to be merged_, but to only record current
positions of above branches.. Such PR would allow to restore given
branch at exactly the point it was, and it would prevent commits from
being garbage collected on GitHub side.
