[oniro-wg] Specification projects. The call for topics is about to start

the Oniro WG Specification Committee will start the discussion about which 
topics can be a mater of specification projects.

This mail is to inform you that the channel selected to collect proposals on 
this mater and discuss them will be the oniro-wg-specification mailing list:

All instructions about how to propose the topics, by when, etc. will be
