Hello Agustin & Amit,

I think it's good approach. To make this process as much suitable for us as it is possible for now, I'd propose following approach:

For technical / administrative aspects:
-------------------------
1. to define necessary representative workpackages set and their dependencies (in GitLab)
2. to define labels//boards/milestones/sprints? in order to prepare a solid ground for further works
3. to do some initial tests (e.g. cross-group issues linking, access rights, roles, aggregations etc)

For content and scope:
-------------------------
1. to create high level epics (aka Initiatives in GitLab) and their closest, definable dependencies
2. to do initial decomposition (wherever it's possible)
3. to try to do initial capacity / scope assessment (in the system based on provided data) leveraging GitLab built-in aggregating capabilities
4. Seek for the SC approval
5. Involve the team for further decomposition

I'll be happy to discuss above on a call and share the work / tasks to be done in this context.

Hello Sebastian and Amit,

as you know, one of the attributions of the Working Group is the creation of the roadmap (high level). Projects also have to create their own technical roadmap. Given the nature of Oniro, where we are trying to create a coherent platform, we need to coordinate both.

The goal would be to create the structure that will be approved by the Oniro SC in the coming weeks. Davide wrote me that you guys would like to do that sooner than later so I propose the following.

We start working on the structure now, we come to agreements, we get the general consensus and they are ratified by the Oniro SC in the first occasion it has.

What do you think?

I believe you already have some ideas implemented for Goofy, the coming release.

Can we meet so we evaluate and implement them in the Oniro WG repo? This way we provide the proposal in a more visual way.
