If it is taking 5 minutes on Codehaus, it is probably getting a list of 
all projects and their versions/components (they have a very large 
number of projects).  If you refresh the query does it take 5 minutes 
the second time?  It would be possible to load the details for only the 
projects that you access, but you will eventually need to load all 
projects if you are creating a new issue or creating a query (project 
selection is the first step for both of these processes).
