Hi,

According tohttp://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/dw/webservices/ws-mqtt/mqtt-v3r1.html#qos-flows,there are two semantics available for how a PUBLISH flow should behandled by the recipient, one publishes message to subscribers beforesending PUBREC and the other one after sending PUBREC. Which semanticdoes Mosquitto implement? I can't tell it by reading the code.
