Re: [microprofile-wg] [BALLOT][Rest Client 2.0] Specification Release Review - Vote by 28th Dec

Going to vote +1 (Tomitribe) with the caveat that 1) we require a permanent build and 2) the definition of open source requires "there must be a well-publicized means of obtaining the source code"[1] for that exact binary.  We'll want to clarify #1 and fix #2.

I left some questions on the certification request to ensure that the compatible implementation is a permanent build and has source code for the exact build available.

Community input and Community votes are welcomed and recorded, however, only the votes delivered by Steering Committee Representatives are binding.

This vote may close on or after Monday, December 21st at  9:00pm GMT if all binding votes are cast.
