+1 (Tomitribe) with the same feedback that the TCK results are missing important data and do not actually have a summary of the tests, just the full test results in zip form downloadable and viewable only offline.  But even there, it's not clear what TCK run they apply to (JDK 8 or 11).

The MicroProfile Specification Process requires the Specification Committee and the Community to provide feedback during the approval process using the relevant documents:

This ballot will be fourteen days, ending on Monday, Dec 21. The ballot requires a Super-majority positive vote of the Steering Committee members. There is no veto. Community input and Community votes are welcomed. However, only the votes delivered by Steering Committee Representatives will be counted.
