[jdt-ui-dev] Callers/Callee view released

The code for the Callers/Callee view has just been released to the eclipse
repository.
It is a contribution from Jesper Kamstrup Linnet
(eclipse@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx).

His Caller/Callee view was first available as a separate plugin and its
value was much appreciated by the community.
We've had a great collaboration with Jesper on getting this code into the
Eclipse SDK for everybody to use and
we're looking forward to working with him in the future.
I think the view is a good value-add even now and has a potential of
becoming ever more so.

It should also serve as an encouragement for other community members to
contribute value to Eclipse.
