Yes, I ran into this as well. I wanted to download an updated
version of the Jakarta Mail TCK to compute the new SHA-256
fingerprint, but I was getting the same result as the old
version. At first I thought the upload wasn't working but I got
no errors from the scp command. Then I came in this morning and
now I'm getting the right version from the download!

So watch out for this... I guess I'll have to
adjust to this reference in the various staged PRs, docs,
etc. somehow.
