In trying to stage this release of Jakarta Batch and get this out the door, I have the draft PR pointing to download location:
https://download.eclipse.org/jakartabatch/tck/eftl/jakarta.batch.official.tck-1.0.2.zip
and have tried to refresh its content with the respins prompted by staging, issues learning the new processes, etc.
Well, I'm getting stale (previously-uploaded) content...
I clarified that there's a bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=549671 (dup of another) such that mirroring of artifacts uploaded to build.eclipse.org doesn't happen right away.
So watch out for this... I guess I'll have to adjust to this reference in the various staged PRs, docs, etc. somehow.
