The previous request in this conversation omitted that we are doing a combined Graduation and Release review: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=568969#c1

Therefore when you and the rest of the PMC is ready to approve, we are looking for approval for both the Graduation and Release.

I hope rather than add the incubation logo to the website to immediately remove it we can be approved without the incubation logo upfront?
