Thanks Wayne, I probably should have known that.
I've not personally yet met anyone who is deliberately ignoring
the criteria. If they are a new contributor, particularly with a
small record of GitHub contributions, then it could be comforting
to make sure they've understood. I think there are people who
contribute to other repos on Github and are unfamiliar with the
more rigorous rules for Eclipse projects, and why they exist.
I'm happy to not have to reconfirm if it doesn't feel necessary,
believe me.
