Hi Jens,

This is a "works with". It will be able to be disabled at compile
time. It's only an added bonus if it is available, it isn't required
in any way.

Both the portal and the IP process flow suggest that I should submit a
CQ for any third party code I want to use, so I did. Ipzilla asked for
the code, so I included that as well. If this isn't the flow I should
be following, I'd appreciate it if you could point me in the right
direction.
