Any thoughts on accepting the three embedcdt projects in the EPP repo?

The suggested patch does not hinder EPP or SimRel in any way, the bulk updates will simply help keeping it in sync with cpp a bit easier.

I would be happy to accept the patch once it is tied into the rest of EPP build. In the meantime I think it needs to stay out. Reason is I cannot easily check that bulk updates have worked if I cannot build the changes to the C/C++ for Embdedded parts.

I look forward to embed-cdt joining release train and having an EPP package containing it.
