[eclipselink-dev] Changes to eclipselink.extension.oracle project and bu

Hi All,

 The eclipselink.extension.oracle project has been updated to make use 
of a new variable.  When you refresh your project you will find you need 
ORACLE_JDBC_LIB to compile that project.  This change will allow a 
configuration where it is possible to have an 
eclipselink.extension.oracle project that compiles and at the same time, 
run tests against a non-Oracle DB.

 The same transaction made some updates to the build scripts.  See the
