This adds ant scripts for running JPA server tests, generic and OC4J support.

I also moved the Eclipse launch files to the root project directory and removed the run directories from SVN.

Currently have ant targets for sessionbean and fieldaccess tests, sessionbean pass fieldaccess has 6 failures from known bugs.
