[eclipse.org-planning-council] Changed meeting time

Hi folks,

It has come to my attention that a few people missed the last meeting because of the new time. In addition, because many people missed the May meeting due to holidays in Europe I didn't realize that not everyone was properly informed of the time. Hopefully the new time we agreed to at the April meeting does continue to work for everyone.
