[dsdp-mtj-dev] Galileo Release "Must Do" Items

Hi MTJ,

Today we closed the APIs bug and the usage of non-API was documented in the following bugs:

·         Bug 267638 - [GalileoSR]: api tooling issue: Discouraged access: org.eclipse.mtj.core.hooks access

·         Bug 267642 - [GalileoSR]: api tooling issue: Discouraged access: org.eclipse.mtj.ui

To fix these dependencies 3 bugs were opened in the components where we are accessing the non-API classes:

·         Bug 267931 - Make ClassPathDetector API (JDT)

·         Bug 267936 - Make IJDIPreferencesConstants API (JDT)

·         Bug 267943 - Add hooks to the hook registry using public API (Equinox framework)

All other dependencies to non-API were fixed.

Now we are only 2 bugs away from completing all Galileo "Must Do". We are still missing:

·         bug 255887 - New & Noteworthy

·         bug 257499 - Branding
