All,
FYI, Mark has been contributing changes. However, it's easiest for me
(ssanders) to just check them in with all the others from CodeGear.
That's why he isn't showing up in the commit logs.
I try to identify his changes with a code comment and commit comment
in order to be able to track him down for discussion after the fact.

I'm marking Mark as active committer in the project metadata. Nevertheless
he did not contributed code during past 9 months, Mark is actively
participate in DLTK development, at least discussing features and
using/reviewing the code. Our F2F meeting with Mark at EclipseCon 2008 was
very productive as well. Thank you Mark.
