nominated Roy Ganor as a Committer on the technology.dltk project. The

Roy is active committer on PDT project, which now use a lot of DLTK Core
Framework. 

I believe having more PDT developers and increased committers divergence
would result in better DLTK Core Framework, helping it to become solid
foundation for every dynamic language around.

At EclipseCon 2008 I saw his implementation of AST Rewrite mechanism for
PDT, and anxiously waiting to see some of that as a part of DLTK :)
