[Dltk-dev] Mark Howe has been declared to be an active committer

Andrey Platov has declared that Mark Howe (mhowe) is an active committer on
this project.  The reason for this declaration is:

I'm marking Mark as active committer in the project metadata. Nevertheless
he did not contributed code during past 9 months, Mark is actively
participate in DLTK development, at least discussing features and
using/reviewing the code. Our F2F meeting with Mark at EclipseCon 2008 was
very productive as well. Thank you Mark.
