[che-dev] Beta 7 Release
Beta 7 milestone build & release has been completed. We now have added in a Windows installer that will install Docker Toolbox, Virtual Box, Git Windows, and Che as part of a single installation. There are also shortcuts that will start the Che server and clients.  Now windows users can get started in two simple steps.

Sample extensions that can be authored and an updated "developing extensions page" has been provided for the latest Che releases.

Tyler Jewell Added Electron packages to the Eclipse Che download site, added a new documentation page on the packages, and did a release so that the binaries can be downloaded and used as-is.
