Dmitry Shnurenko Synchronize workspace master and VFS.
1) project exist in WS but not exist on VFS
Show project in project tree as problem
Click on project folder -> Shows dialog with suggestions: remove project from workspace or clone project on VFS from source location. If source location is absent or incorrect, offer input location through the dialog.
2) project exist on VFS but not exist in WS
Show project in project tree as problem
Click on project folder -> Shows dialog with suggestions: remove project from VFS or configure project
3) project exist on VFS and WS but project configuration was changed
Show project in project tree as problem
Click on project folder -> Shows dialog with suggestions: reconfigure project or configure project as blank
