Hi,
I have spoken to Sharon Corbett at EclipseCon in Ludwigsburg regarding some specifics of the legal documents that need to be included in release
artifacts.
I will make some small adjustments in all components to better reflect the requirements.
Apart from that, I have not gotten any (negative) feedback so far. Thus, I would second Julien’s proposal to create RC3 based on my changes and
the fix that didn’t make it into RC2.
@Matthias: depending on how long you will take to check & fix the proxy stuff, I can trigger RC3 once I am done or later after you have finished
…
Regards,
Kai

The RC1 with some scandium patch (present in RC2) run well in prod here,
Ok for an RC3 if you have more small fixes to push.
or for 1.0 directly if you think the fix is long and can wait a minor release.

Does anyone have feedback on RC2? I noticed the following:
A fix for the EndpointManager.getNetworkInterfaces() unfortunately did not make it into
the upstream… since it is related to a question on the mailing list and the addEndpoints() example in the HelloWorldServer, I really want to add this before the final 1.0.0.
I want to have a look at the “Contiki Erbium, Californium Proxy, Block2 transfer timed
out” issue and test the CoAP-CoAP proxy before the final.
Anything else?
Ciao
