[cdt-dev] Bugzilla cleanup completed

Hi all,

The cleanup of bugzilla is completed. I've closed all of the bugs
that applied to the old CDT (about 100 of them), except for those
which still applied to the new CDT (they've been moved to Alain/Doug).

I also cleaned up the categories, versions, targets -- let me know
I missed anything.

Finally, we have a new category called Debug-MI; please use
this to categorize debug issues which are specific to the gdb/mi 
back-end.
