Re: [asciidoc-wg] 2021 Program plan and budget

I think the programme and the budget look robust and well thought out.

The goals of producing the first version of a specification next year, sorting out access/websites/portals and having an initial implementation looks ambitious and exciting.

Many thanks to those who have prepared this and charted the way forward.

(Minor nitpick on slide 6, instead of "Launch website for the Asciidoctor Language project" it should probably be "Asciidoc Language project". Also presumably the 2021 budget will be pasted in on slide 9...)

Hi Dan,

Looks great.

I'm a spectator here, so I'm reluctant to offer criticism. However, I
still see asciidoc-lang.org as a separate domain name in the slides.

I wanted to echo the earlier discussion: there is already a natural
landing site for all things AsciiDoc on asciidoc.org, and sprouting a
whole new domain seems artificial and will confuse users (especially new
users, who are your growth path.) If a new domain is what's most
expedient, perhaps that's a hint about fragmentation within the AsciiDoc
ecosystem (which this project is supposed to reverse.)

Again, thanks for all your hard work. I'm excited to see where this leads.

cheers,
Graeme
