[wtp-releng] 3.1 junit failure hint to a problem in org.eclipse.jst.server.generic.core

I looked into the jUnit problems of our latest build [1] and it doesn't look like there going to be resolved by fixing the compilation problems caused by the platform reported on bug# 262965.
The problems in the jUnit looked related to a different change in the platform caused by '[252303] Uniqueness of bundleentry URLs with multiple frameworks in the same VM' which will break 'org.eclipse.jst.server.generic.core' at Runtime. I am currently looking into a fix.
