[wtp-releng] Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.1 M2 I build I-3.1-20080915064732

We're a bit late in getting the first
M2 build, but its finally here, if you could please smoketest the our first
WTP 3.1 M2 build and update the smoketest page with your results by eod
today, that'd be great. Thank you!

Note:
The Junit failures are being investigated,
but does not affect build smoketesting.
The test bundle compile errors are being
addressed in the next build and does not affect build fitness for smoketesting
