Honestly, we spend most of our time goading fellow members to take up
mentoring responsibilities. More seriously, the Architecture Council
tends to discuss activities to help the committer community. It might be
nice to get your perspective on it. Chris and I attend for different
reasons; it'd be great if you could attend in Gunnar's place should the
need present itself.

Is anybody volunteering? The phone calls generally take time around 5pm
in my timezone. I'm not able to attend every call because I'm usually
booked most of the time. Thus, we need a backup as well.
What are the responsibilities involved? I'd be happy to volunteer as a
backup if it is something that a PMC "total newbie" can handle.
