[sdv-wg] Welcome Eclipse Symphony and SC Minutes

Dear SDV Community,

In yesterday's meeting the Steering Committee, under the Tech Advisory Committee recommendation, unanimously voted to take the Eclipse Symphony project under the SDV WG purview. 

Eclipse Symphony provides an easy-to-adopt, cost-effective, and consistent application programming interface (API) for managing workloads that involve multiple device types and service vendors at multiple locations. 

Find out more about the project from one of the lead developers in one of the upcoming technical alignment meetings.
