Re: [science-pmc] October 2019 coordinated release
|
Triquetrum is almost ready. There is one open CQ
(https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20677) the other three
have been closed. We are in the process of updating to EPL-2.0, which
should be done tonight. I'm looking at the IP Log now.
What is the suggested release date now? October 2 seems a bit too
soon. EclipseCon Europe 2019 is October 22-24.
Shall we say October 9?

Yep, reviews are required for major and minor releases only. For our release this will be:
- January
- Triquetrum
- StatET
- XACC
Also, remember that the PMC must approve the release before the review.
Thanks!

Good catch Greg,
As far as I know this only applies to major and minor releases. Bug fix releases does not have to pass a review. TeXlipse will only do the latter.

The EMO holds release reviews on the first and third Wednesday of the month. The next available slot is now October 2. I suggest we change our release date to coincide with this so that the release reviews can be completed prior to the coordinated release.

Greg
